At my first time making it, I was impressed with the flavors of the food. The vinegar and mustard mix for a very tasty meal. Best of all the mixture can be added to other meat like chicken.

Made for dinner tonight and these turned out great. The boys asked for them again. I didn't have brown mustard (thought I had in pantry), so I used basic yellow mustard, I will be sure to make with brown mustard next time! I also have one family member that doesn't like a lot of salt and one that doesn't care for pepper, so I used half what recipe calls for, since I only had three pork chops and they were on the small side. Recipe is a keeper, thanks!!!
