Mix suji, curd and water.

Spread little oil in idli maker moulds.

Mix eno in batter.

Pour batter in idli moulds and steam it for 15 minutes.

Keep it aside for cooling.

After that dip it into besan batter.

Fry it in hot oil and cut it into half.

Serve hot with tomato ketchup or green chutney.
