1 packetnoodles boiled
2 tbspgarlic chopped
2 tbspschezwan sauce
1 tbspchilli oil
1 tspchilli flakes
1 cup broccoli
1 cupcabbage
1/2 cupmushroom
1 cupbell peppers
1/2 cupbeans
1/2 cupcarrot
as neededSpring onion to garnish
1 tspvinegar
1 tsptomato sauce
To tasteSalt & pepper

Heat oil in a wok. Add garlic chopped. Add sliced onions. Saute for a minute. Add beans, carrots, bellpeppers, blanched brocolli, mushroom & saute

Add all the sauces & salt & pepper. Toss

Garnish with spring onion & chilli flakes
