Ingredients

  • 1 packetnoodles boiled
  • 2 tbspgarlic chopped
  • 2 tbspschezwan sauce
  • 1 tbspchilli oil
  • 1 tspchilli flakes
  • 1 cup broccoli
  • 1 cupcabbage
  • 1/2 cupmushroom
  • 1 cupbell peppers
  • 1/2 cupbeans
  • 1/2 cupcarrot
  • as neededSpring onion to garnish
  • 1 tspvinegar
  • 1 tsptomato sauce
  • To tasteSalt & pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil in a wok. Add garlic chopped. Add sliced onions. Saute for a minute. Add beans, carrots, bellpeppers, blanched brocolli, mushroom & saute

  2. 2

    Add all the sauces & salt & pepper. Toss

  3. 3

    Garnish with spring onion & chilli flakes
