In a bowl take besan, add salt and soda bicarb and ajwain.

Add water and make batter.

Slit mirchis and take out seeds.

In a small bowl add sugar, amchoor, dhania powder, chat masala and lal mirchi powder.Mix well.

Stuff this powder in mirchis.

Now heat oil and dip mirchi in batter and fry it on medium hot oil till golden brown.

Serve hot with choice of ur chutney and ketchup.
