Ingredients

2 servings
  • 1 cupMultigrain flour
  • Pinchsalt
  • as requiredWater
  • 2 tbsbesan
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 1 tspajwain
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1tsp dry coriander powder
  • 1tsp garam masala
  • Ghee for roast

Steps

20 minute
  1. 1

    Put salt in flour than add water.. Make soft dough.

  2. 2

    Make balls.

  3. 3

    Take one ball roll it, put 1 ts besan and all spice in lil quantity..

  4. 4

    Now fold it from all sides... Roll it.

  5. 5

    Put it on tava... Put some ghee.. Roast it till golden brown.

  6. 6

    The besani paratha is ready.
