Pre heat a pan and heat 2to 3 tsp oil in it.place the paneer chunks in the pan

Flip and roast the chunks untill little brown from all sides

Transfer the paneer pieces to a plate

For masala heat 2tbsp oil in a wok once heated splutter 1/2tbsp cumin seeds and all khada masala when all roasted add onions slices and after few seconds add tomatoes puree

And saute for 4-5min untill oil separates

Now add green capsicum and ginger julienne (adrak ke lachhe)

After some second add all spices and cover the lid for 5min.(keep flame medium)

Once oil separates add 2tbsp curd and 1cup water in to it

Now add paneer cubes and some dry kasoori methi

Serve hot with chapaties
