  14. 2 cupyogurt
  15. to tasteSalt
  16. 1 tspGreen chilli paste
  17. 1 tspturmeric powder
  18. Ingredients For tadka
  19. 1/2 tspcumin seeds
  20. 2-3 Crushed black pepper
  21. 2-3 Cloves
  22. 1 pinchheeng
  23. 1/4 tspmethi powder
  24. 1 Bay leaf
  25. 1 cupSliced onion
  26. 1/2 tspgaram masala
  27. 3-4 tbspoil

Cooking Instructions

    In Yougert add all the ingredients given for.

    Mix well and set aside.

    For paKodde. Mix all the ingredients given for. Add water and make batter.

    Heat the oil for frying, fry pakodde from the better and set aside.

    For tadka

    Heat the oil in pan add cumin seed, fry coriander seeds, Heeng, bay leaf, methi power, black pepper. Saute it, add chopped onion, Cook, add Yougert batter.

    Cook till besan cook and fragrance come to.

    Add pakodde and cook for 5 mins.

    Add kasoori methi Leaves at last.

  10. 10

    Serve hot with rice.
