Ingredients

  • For tacos:-
  • 5 piecesleftover Roti's
  • For tandoori chicken:-
  • (Marination)
  • 500 gmBoneless chicken
  • 150 gmhung curd
  • 2-3tblspn garlic paste
  • 2tblspn tandoori masala powder
  • 1tlbspn kashmiri mirchi powder
  • 1tspn red chilli powder
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1/4 tsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp mustard oil
  • For frying
  • 50 gmbutter
  • For garnishing:-
  • Finely chopped coriander

Steps

  1. 1

    Put the roti in a micro oven glass in u-shape and bake them for 30 sec..The roti will become crispy and your tacos r ready..

  2. 2

    In a mixing bowl marinade the chicken with the ingredients above mentioned,cover it and keep it aside for about an hour..

  3. 3

    Now in a non stick pan add the marinated chicken,cover it with an air tight lid and cook till the chicken is tender..Don't add any water..

  4. 4

    When the chicken is cooked remove the lid and add the butter and fry the chicken with the gravy left till it's dry..

  5. 5

    Now in the roti tacos add the tandoori chicken filling and garnish them with some finely chopped coriander leaves and serve them..
