Steps

Take boiled chickpeas and potato in a bowl and mash them well.

Add the boiled veggies, add chilli powder, coriander powder, pepper powder, salt and mix well

Make small balls from it and make heart shapes out of it and keep them aside
- 4
In a small bowl, add Maida and mix water to form a thick paste
- 5
Dip the cutlets into the Maida paste and then coat them well with bread crumbs
- 6
Heat a pan with Oil, shallow fry the cutlets to golden brown
- 7
Serve hot with tomato sauce
