  • 2 tbspGrated beetroot
  • 1/2Chopped capsicum
  • 2 tbspGreen peas
  • 2 tbspRed bell pepper
  • 1Chopped onion
  • 2Chopped green chilli
  • pinchTurmeric powder
  • 1/2 tspChilli flakes
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 tspRai
  • 1 tspChana dal
  • 1/2 tspUrad dal
  • 6-7Curry patta
  • Corrienderleaves for garnishing
  • 1 tbspOil

Steps

    Leftover roti

    Cut the roti pieces on your hand & mashed it on your palm.A all ingredients-------------------.

    Heat a pan add oil add rai,chanadal,uraddal,&currypatta, crackle for a mints.

    Add chopped onion&greenchilli,sauted 1 mint.

    Add all veggies &stir.It was not overcooked, just 1. Mint stir.

    Add mashed roti&salt,chilliflake mix it well.Add 1 tbsp water &cover 30sec.

    Leftover roti poha is ready.Garnishing.with corriender leaves serve it immediately.
