Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 4 cupsvanilla ice-cream
  2. 2meetha paan
  3. 4-5black peppercorns
  4. 1\2 teaspoon menthol crystals
  5. 1 tablespoonfennel seeds(saunf)
  6. 2 tablespoonscandied rose petals(gulkand)

Steps

  1. 1

    In a blender jar add ice-cream, meetha paan, black peppercorns, menthol crystals, fennel seeds, candied rose petals and blend until well combined.

  2. 2

    Transfer the mixture in an airtight container and freeze for 7 to 8 hours.

  3. 3

    Scoop the ice-cream into individual bowls. Serve immediately.
