4 cupsvanilla ice-cream
2meetha paan
4-5black peppercorns
1\2 teaspoon menthol crystals
1 tablespoonfennel seeds(saunf)
2 tablespoonscandied rose petals(gulkand)

In a blender jar add ice-cream, meetha paan, black peppercorns, menthol crystals, fennel seeds, candied rose petals and blend until well combined.

Transfer the mixture in an airtight container and freeze for 7 to 8 hours.

Scoop the ice-cream into individual bowls. Serve immediately.
