Boiled white peas & Arbi ki patti (leftover)

In a bowl add boil peas,& arbi mash it well.

It is leftovers so steam it 5 miniute,so that they will be soft.

Add onion,ginger,salt chat masala, coriander leave,mango powder, lime juice.chopped chilli,

Mix all things together & make like a dough.

Make medium size balls.

Heat the pan,put some ghee on it.

Keep medium flam arrange all Patties. Bake till golden both sides.

Remove it from the flame.

In a plate arrange it.put some sauce or chutney in it.

Sprinkle red chilli powder,Chaat masala,ginger, coriander leave,&.Onion rings.

Serve it hot hot.

A nice version of leftovers.
