Rather than waste some stale-going pitta breads, I made crisps from them! # great for kids! # quick and simple # low calorie

Cut Pitta breads into strips, then triangles. Separate layers and place in a large bowl.

Spray lightly with spray oil, toss to mix, and spray again until all are just coated but not too much! Grill for about 15 minutes or so until dryed out and crispy.Add salt if desired. Leave to cool, then enjoy, simple! A good alternative to packet crisps!!
