Leftover rice fritters
Steps

Grind left over rice along with some water into a soft paste

Add al ingredients except oil. Don't add extra water

Mix two spoons hot oil and knead the dough
- 4
Roll into thin disc and cut into required shape
- 5
Deep fry in hot oil in medium flame till golden brown
- 6
Serve with tea. Can be stored in air tight box for twenty days
