Made of leftover hotchpotch rice (khichdi) cutlets #leftovers

First of all in a deep clean bowl add hotchpotch rice and slightly mash them.

Now add finely chopped vegetables as mentioned above. Mix them well.

Now add all the powdered masalas, ginger garlic paste and sauces. As mentioned above ingredients. Mix well everything together.

Now add corn flour and bread crums to the mix. It should form a soft dough consistency. Now take a small portion and give them cylindrical shape...

Make corn flour slury. Dip the cutlets in the slury and coat them with bread crums. Deep fry them in a hot oil.. serve hot.. enjoy with your favourite dip...
