Ingredients

  1. 2 cupmurmure (Puffed rice)
  2. 1/4 cuppeanuts
  3. 1/4 cupspicy boondi
  4. 1/4 cupthin sev (bhujia)
  5. 4-5crispy puri (used for chat papdi)
  6. 1finely chopped onion
  7. 1finely chopped tomato
  8. 2finely chopped green chillies
  9. 2 tspcoriander leaves finely chopped
  10. 1/4 tspturmeric powder
  11. 1/4 tspred chilli powder
  12. 2 tbspgreen chutney
  13. 2 tbsptamarind chutney / tomato sauce

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil in a Kadhai. Add peanuts. Roast until golden. Add turmeric, red chilli powder & salt. Mix well. Add murmure. Stir properly. Saute for 2-3 minutes. Switch off gas.

    Now in a mixing bowl add fried murmure, break papdi in small pieces, spicy boondi, tomatoes, onion, green Chillies, green chutney, tamarind chutney. Mix all properly.

  3. 3

    Transfer into serving plate. Garnish with sev bhujia, coriander leaves & tomato sauce. Serve immediately before soggy.
