Steps

Heat oil in a Kadhai. Add peanuts. Roast until golden. Add turmeric, red chilli powder & salt. Mix well. Add murmure. Stir properly. Saute for 2-3 minutes. Switch off gas.

Now in a mixing bowl add fried murmure, break papdi in small pieces, spicy boondi, tomatoes, onion, green Chillies, green chutney, tamarind chutney. Mix all properly.

Transfer into serving plate. Garnish with sev bhujia, coriander leaves & tomato sauce. Serve immediately before soggy.
