  • 100 gdark chocolate
  • 1 splashsingle cream
  • 1 tsphoney
  • 1 splashraspberry coulis (optional)
  • 1 splashTia Maria liqueur (optional)

Steps

15 mins
  1. 1

    Melt the chocolate and put into a bowl.

  2. 2

    Add the splash of single cream.

  3. 3

    Stir the honey into the mix.

  4. 4

    Add the splash of raspberry coulis.

  5. 5

    Add the splash of Tia Maria if you so wish.

  6. 6

    Once complete, make sure you do NOT put in the fridge or any other cold place as it will set. If this happen, just re-melt.
