Ingredients

Serves 3 servings
  1. 1 packagesilken tofu
  2. 3.5 oz (100 grams)ground pork
  3. 1 stalkgreen onion, sliced
  4. 1 pieceginger, minced
  5. 1 1/2 tablespoonsspicy fermented soybean paste (doubanjiang)
  6. 1 pinchsalt
  7. 1 teaspoonlight soy sauce
  8. 2 tablespoonscornstarch

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the minced ginger, ground pork, and doubanjiang. Stir-fry until the pork is cooked through.

    Add the tofu, cut into large cubes. Pour in enough water to just cover the tofu. Season with soy sauce and salt.

  3. 3

    Mix the cornstarch with a little water, then slowly add it to the pan while stirring gently to avoid lumps. Finally, add the green onion. Serve immediately. Garnish with a little cilantro if desired.
