  1. 2 cupsminute brown rice
  2. 2 bagsuncooked medium shrimp (deveined & tail off)
  3. 5sausage links, chopped
  4. 1 packimitation crab meat, chopped
  5. 2 tbspcajun seasoning
  6. to tastesalt & pepper
  7. 1medium yellow onion, chopped
  8. 2 tbspminced garlic
  9. 2 tspvegetable oil
  10. 1 cancream of mushroom
  11. 1 cancream of celery
  12. 1 candiced tomatoes with green chiles

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat oven to 350°

    Sautée in a frying pan with vegetable oil, your chopped onions & minced garlic. Set aside

  3. 3

    In large mixing bowl combine shrimp, crab, sausage, seasonings, sauteed onion mix, rice & soups.

    Transfer to 9×13 cassarole dish, place in oven for 30 mins. After 30 mins stir, place back in oven for 20 mins. Then top off with cheeses & put back in oven for 10 more mins or until cheeses melt. Enjoy!
