In a mixie jar add sev and bread slices and churn it to semi coarse mix.

In a pan add grated beetroot and 3 tbsp water.

Add bread and sev mix. Mix it nicely. Add 1-2 tbsp milk if required.

Add ghee. Garnish with chopped pistachio.
