  1. 1 cupleft over curd raita
  2. 1 spoonJeera
  3. 1/2 tspCrushed ginger
  4. 1-2Chopped green chillies
  5. to tasteSalt
  6. Pinchcooking soda
  7. as neededMaida
  8. Oil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Add jeera, crushed ginger, cooking soda salt to leftover raita and mix nicely

    Add enough Maida to make batter as that of meduvada consistancy

    Deep fry in hot oil on medium heat till golden
