Mix rice flour and semolina.

Now divide it equally in three bowls.

Mix 1 cup buttermilk and salt in each bowl.

Now add garlic paste equally in three bowls.

Now add carrot paste in one bowl with orange colour.

Now add spinach puree and coriander paste with green colour in another bowl.

Now add oil and soda equally in three bowls.

Now if required add some water in prepared batters to get dosa type consistency.

Now heat one non stick pan.

Now pour one laddle orange colour batter in it.

Now join it with one laddle white batter.

Now join it with green colour batter.

Now let it cook in slow flame with lid.
