  • Crushed ginger
  • Semiya (1:2 semiya to water ratio)

Steps

  1. 1

    Sorte kadugu, kadalai paruppu, ulutham paruppu and karuvepillai

  2. 2

    Add perungayam.

  3. 3

    Sorte sliced onion and chillies.

  4. 4

    After onion is nicely done, add ginger and sorte.

  5. 5

    Add manja thool and sorte
