  • 16Shiitake mushroom
  • 1/2 cupdried scallops
  • 1 teaspoonsoy sauce
  • 1 teaspoonsesame oil
  • 1/3 teaspoonsalt
  • 1 teaspoongrained ginger
  • 1 tablespoonstarch (Katakuri starch)
  • Black pepper

Steps

    This is dried scallops. Soak in water overnight.

Hi Eiko, can I ask a question about the recipe? I got confused by the last step. Do I just put the filled mushroom in the steaming water for 10 minutes?
