Banana chips
Steps

Firstly take a row banana cut to end. also slit the skin without touching the banana.
further, peel of the skin with your hand. - 2
Heat the oil the flame to medium.
slice the peeled raw banana directly into oil.stir for a minute on medium flame.and now, take a small cup with water
add in salt. - 3
Further, spread and pour 2 tsp of salt water into oil.be careful as oil might splutter little.

Stir occasionally, till the chips gets cooked well.
also cook till the chips turn crisp but do not turn to golden brown. - 5
Now drain off over news paper to remove excess oil. Spread black pepper into banana chips.
also allow to cool completely before transferring to airtight container. - 6
Finally, crispy and tasty banana chips are ready to serve along with tea
