Ingredients

30 minutes
3 servings
  • 4potatoes boiled
  • 1.5cup
  • 2 tbspcoarsely grinded masala(cumin coriander carom and fennel seeds)
  • As neededsalt and black pepper
  • 1 tspaamchur powder
  • As neededoil and ghee

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Mash the Potato and mix all the ingridients

  2. 2

    Now add flour and oil and knead a dough

  3. 3

    Heat a pan add ghee and fry parathas taking small portion of the dough

  4. 4

    Serve it with pickle of your choice
