Ingredients

2-3onions
2green chillies
1/2 tsphing
1/2 tspajwain
2 tbspgreen coriander
1 cupbesan
1/2 tsphaldi powder
1 tspred chilli powder
to tastesalt
1 tspchat masala
oil for fry

Steps

1

Add chopped onions and all ingredients except oil and chat masala in a mixing bowl.

Add some water and make a pakoda batter.
3

Heat oil in a wok add pakoda and deep try till golden brown in colour.
4

Sprinkle chat masala and serve with sauce.
