Mix a cup of milk, cornflour, sugar well,bring remaining milk to boil add corn flour mixture and stir well till thickens and smooth add essence.let it cool

Pour mixture into individual serving glasses and set in refrigerator for 4 to 5 hrs

For jello: take 100ml of water and boil add gelatin and sugar.keep aside

In another pan boil remaining water and rose (orange) essence and food colour mix gelatin mixture

Top each milk pudding with rose (orange) jello and allow to set completely

Serve chilled
