Make 3 equal size rotis.

Mix mint chutney and curd nicely.Spread it on 1 roti.sprinkle chopped capsicum,2tsp cheese and mixed herbs on it.

Spread mayonnaise on 2nd roti.sprinkle paneer,onion 2tsp cheese and mixed herbs.(I forgot to add mayo bt still the taste was super yum)

Apply pizza sauce on 3rd roti.Sprinkle carrot,cheese and mixed herbs.

Spread some butter on non stick pan.Cook the rotis and cover the lid.

Flip it from the top side if you wish.i did.
