Ragi Oats dry fruits ladoo

Steps

Heat two tablespoons of ghee and add Ragi flour,semolina and Oats powder and fry it nicely till the raw smell disappears

Take another pan heat ghee and add all the dry fruits given in the ingredients and fry them..fry the edible gum too

Now grind all the dryfruits along with edible gum
- 4
Take half cup jaggery and add two tablespoons of water and melt the jaggery till u get one string consistency
- 5
Add the dryfruits coarsely ground,the roasted flour and cardamom powder in the jaggery syrup and mix it well

Now shape into laddo and Nutritious Ragi laddo ready
