Beat the curd and add I tsp powdered sugar in it.

Cut the edges of bread slices.

Take a slice, wet it in buttermilk, squeeze extra liquid. Hold it in your palm fill in some chopped cashews and raisins, fold and seal by lightly pressing in both your hands giving shape and keep in a plate.

Repeat Similar process with all bread slices.

Now place one or two of them in a plate, pour some beaten curd with spoon. Sprinkle little salt, red chilli powder, cumin powder and chat masala to taste. Again spread some curd then saunth chutney and green chutney.

Serve as snack, chat or with main course.

For coriander mint chutney take a cupful of mint and coriander leaves 2 green chillies and lemon juice 1 spoon. Grind all add salt to taste.

For saunth chutney soak deseeded tamarind 2 tbsp, 5 dates or 2 tbsp jaggery separately. Soak, seive and boil for 3-4 minutes, add salt, cumin seeds garam masala and cook until required consistency is achieved
