Ingredients

20-30 mins
4 servings
  • 1/2 litremilk
  • 1/4 tspcardamom powder
  • To tasteSugar
  • as neededChopped nuts
  • as neededRaisins as required
  • 1/2 tspWhole garam masala
  • 1cardamom
  • 2cloves
  • 1/2 cinnamon stick
  • 50 gmghee
  • 100 gmthick vermicelli

Steps

20-30 mins
  1. 1

    Take a pan add ghee add whole garam masala

  2. 2

    Roast vermicelli until aromat

  3. 3

    Boil milk in another pan add sugar allow it to dissolve add chopped nuts and raisins

  4. 4

    Then add roasted vermicelli
    Keep the flame low

  5. 5

    Allow the vermicelli to cook

  6. 6

    Serve hot or cold as per your choice
