Ingredients

4-6 hours
  1. 4boneless skinless chicken breast
  2. 1 JarSalsa Verde
  3. 1packer Sazón Goya seasoning

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Place chicken in bottom of slow cooker

  2. 2

    Pour Salsa Verde on top of chicken

  3. 3

    Add season packet to empty jar and fill with water, shake to mix, pour over chicken

  4. 4

    Turn slow cooker on to high and cook 4 hours or low and cook 6 hours.

  5. 5

    In large bowl place chicken and shred as desired

  6. 6

    Use leftover juice as substitute for water for amazing rice (1 cup rice to 2 cups juice)
