Cut it 1"inch length.

Wash it, wipe it.

In a Heat pan add oil.

Put cumin seeds, crackle.it.

Add garlic brown it.add red whole chille.

Add danthal,salt,lid it 2miniute.

After 2 minute cook it open 10 minutes.

Remove it from the flame.

Before servings garnish it with roasted sesome & lime juice.
