Ingredients

2 servings
  • 1/2 ltrfull cream milk
  • 2 cupmango pureed
  • 1/2 cupsugar
  • 1 handfulkaju and kismis
  • 1/2 tspgreen cardamom Powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil the milk well

  2. 2

    Add sugar and boil on low heat till it becomes half

  3. 3

    Now switch off and cool it down

  4. 4

    As it cool down completely add mango puree

  5. 5

    Mix well adding cashew-raisins

  6. 6

    Keep it in a refrigerater

  7. 7

    Serve it cool
