Make a paste of urad daal

Mix salt and roasted masala into it

Whisk well and rest for a while

Heat oil take small portion of the mixture and fry vadas

Keep it in warm water for a minute

Press and squeeze the water out

Now whisk well the curd mix roasted masala and sugar
- 8
Pour this on vadas garnish it with sev and sweet chutney
