Grate the dudhi and remove the excess water from it.

To make the koftas, you need besan ginger coriander leaves salt rawa green chillies.

Mix well without adding water.

Make koftas and keep aside.

Take onions garlic ginger green chillies kashmiri red chilli cloves black pepper akhrot/walnuts cinnamon stick cardamom and tarbuj ke beej

Grind it with little water and take a kadai heat oil and saute the paste.

Once the oil separates from the masalas add grated tomatoe and kashmiri red chilli powder and cook for sometime

Add the koftas and bring to a boil.

Remove in a serving bowl and garnish with coriander leaves.
