  • Angel hair pasta
  • 50 mlSherry vinegar
  • 100 gchopped Kombu
  • 10 mltruffle oil
  • 20 mlolive oil
  • Chopped chives
  • Black pepper (grounded)

Steps

    Cook pasta for 3 minutes, set in an ice bath immediately

  2. 2

    In a mixing bowl, mix all other ingredients together.

  3. 3

    Toss pasta in the sauce mix and serve. Salmon roe is optional, but adds a salty fresh taste to the dish.
