Ingredients

  • Potato 2 boiled
  • 2tomato chopped
  • 1 tbspGinger garlic green chilli chopped
  • Oil 1bsp
  • salt sa per taste
  • red chilli as per paste
  • 2 tbspCoriander powder
  • 1 tspcumin seeds
  • corruander leaves chopped 1 tsp

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a pan heat oil crack cumin seeds

  2. 2

    Now add ginger garlic green chilli and all spices

  3. 3

    Cook till oil get seprated

  4. 4

    Now add mashed poato and tomato with 1 glass water

  5. 5

    Cook for 10 minutes till tomato get mashy...u can set consistancy according to you

  6. 6

    It's ready to eat with roti or paratha.
