First make the dough take a bowl add maida, salt and oil mix it well then with the help of water make a little tight doughand keep it aside for 20 minutes

Now heat a pan add little ghee or oil roast samolina for a minute add cashew and sugar and cardamom on a slow heat

Now make a big chapattis in oval shape little thin and grease the gujia mould and place the chapatti and fill one side of rava mixture and fold in the mould Remove the extra chappatti and gujia in the plate

Make all the gujias and fry till golden brown and enjoy with tea or coffee or at any time

Note to make more crispy add 2 tsp rice powder when u r making the dough
