Take flour, icing sugar,soda and baking powder and seive it and mix it,add oil,milk and make batter.

Take mould add batter and bake it in preheated oven for 25 mint at 180 c.

Now take out and cool it

Take whipped cream and whipped it from beater and now apply it on the cake layer add yellow colour and apply cream over the cake.

Now make flower of blue and pink colour and decorate the cake and in the middle add grated chocolate
