Ingredients

  • 1 cupwheat flour
  • 1 tbspturmeric powder, red chilli powder
  • To tasteSalt
  • 1 tbspcumin seeds
  • 1/2 tspCarrom seeds
  • 1 tbspwhite sesame
  • For kneadingOil
  • For fryingOil
  • As requiredWater

Steps

  1. 1

    Take wheat flour in a bowl and mix all ingredients and add oil for kneading and knead a dough

  2. 2

    Give it a rest for 10-15 mins

  3. 3

    Now take the dough and make small balls

  4. 4

    Roll small Puris and deep fry in oil.

  5. 5

    Serve it in breakfast
