Ingredients

  • 1लीटर दूध
  • 1छोटा चम्मच घी
  • 1छोटा चम्मच चिरौंजी
  • 1कप मखाने
  • 10काजू
  • 10बादाम
  • 1चम्मच इलायची पाउडर
  • 1/4कप चीनी

  1. 1

    सबसे पहले काजू और बादाम महीन-महीन काटकर अलग रख लें.

  2. 2

    मखानों को महीन-महीन काट लें और फिर मिक्सी में दरदरा पीस लें.अब एक भारी तली के पैन में घी गरम करें और उसमें मखानों को 1 मिनट के लिए भून लें.

  3. 3

    अब मखानों में दूध डालकर पहले उबाल के बाद आंच को धीमा कर दें.
    दूध को तब तक पकने दें जब तक कि मखाने पूरी तरह से गल जाएं.

     5-7 मिनट के गैप में खीर को चलाते रहें ताकि वो तली में लगने ना पाए.
    अब कटे हुए मेवे और चीनी को खीर में डालकर अच्छी तरह मिलाएं और 5 मिनट बाद इलायची पाडउर डालकर गैस बंद कर दें.

    मखाने की  खीर तैयार है. इसे ठंडा होने के लिए फ्रिज में रख दें. चाहे तो इसे गर्म सर्व करें या फिर ठंडा होने के बाद परोसें.
