These are awesome. Light tasty cookies. Easy to make and you cant stop eating them. Experiment with different cake mixes. Orange is awesome.

These are awesome. Light tasty cookies. Easy to make and you cant stop eating them. Experiment with different cake mixes. Orange is awesome.

In a medium bowl, cream together cream cheese and butter

Add vanilla and egg, mix well

Add box of cake mix, mix well

Cover and refrigerate batter for at least 2 hours or overnight

Preheat oven to 350

Roll batter into tablespoon sized balls and roll or toss in powdered sugar.

Place batter balls on ungreased cookie sheat

Bake for 12 minutes

Allow to cool on wire rack or I like to use paper grocery bags

Sprinkle with powdered sugar
