Steps

Put a eggplant or baingan on the gas.

Cook till it becomes black from outside & with the help of knife,see whether it is properly cooked from inside or not.

Take a bowl,add water in it.

Take the cooked eggplant from the gas & put it in the water,Peel off the outer layer which is black in colour.

Do same with the others.after peeling put them in a bowl & with the help of knife,cut them from the centre.

Now take a pan,pour 2 tbsp of oil in it.

Add chopped onions & cook till it becomes brown in colour.

Now add red chilli powder& salt, mix well.add chopped tomatoes.

Cook till it becomes a smooth paste &add cooked egg plants or baingan in it.

Saute them & cook till it mix with the paste & side by side mass them with the massher.

Garnish with coriander leaves & serve hot with chapatis.
