Heat oil or ghee in a cooker

Add jeera after few sec then add onion and saute it till it becomes transparent.

Now add ginger and green chillies and saute it for a min.

Then add tomato puree and mix it well and after that add carrot, capsicum, green peas, salt and two pinch haldi. Stir it for 3 - 4 min.

Now add dalia to the veggies.stir it for 3 - 4 min.

Add water and salt as required. Pressure cook for 7 - 8 whistles or till the dalia is cooked well.

If the dalia has not completely cooked then add some more water and pressure cook for some more whistles.

Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
