Steps

In a bowl put water add yeast,sugar,salt and milk powder mix using a spatula

Add egg still mixing add flour and mix well,it will form a dough which is soft and very sticky

Knead the dough using your hands on a working table for a few minutes then apply blue band or oil and continue kneading till its not sticky or for 15 minutes

Grease another bowl and proof it till its almost double side

Press the dough to remove air using your hands then put it on the working table cut and shape according to your size or shape u want

Place them on a greased baking tray let them rest again will coverd till double the size

You can egg wash its optional

Bake for 15-20 minutes for 175°c or until they brown in colour
