Grate ghiya add besan, add salt to taste and red chilli powder. Make small balls and deep fry it in hot oil.

For Curry make paste of tamatar, onion, green chilli, ginger garlic. Add some oil in a pan heat it and add grounded paste. Mix inbetween til the gravy mixture turns golden and oil starts to leech out from sides. Add salt, haldi and red chill powder. Add 1.5 cup water and bring to boil. cover and cook on slow for few mins. Add ready kofta in the gravy and slow the flame for few mins.

Kofta curry is ready to serve.
