Steps

Knead a soft dough with flour salt sugar,oil and water

Wash and soak the daal

Pressure cook it well

Heat oil and temper cumin seed bay leaf red chilli whole and whole garam masalas

Add ginger paste and saute well

Add cumin coriander powder and red chilli Powder and mix well

Add salt and turmeric powder and mix pour the boiled daal and mix well

Add sugar and mix well adding nuts and raisins and keep aside

Now take small portion of the dough and roll into round shape with a rolling pin

Heat oil and fry purees

Serve it with daal
